SMS Campaign that Supports User Custom Field
Great add-ons to the existing!! We’ve now added a new custom field section to the existing field tags under the SMS campaign to create a personalized link with all necessary fields to track valid data.
If you want to create a tracking link with more relevant fields to narrow down and track them, it is now possible within BayEngage.
All the custom field is collected by signup forms or manually uploaded it in CSV.
Preview of Abandoned Cart–Chosen Product
Great news–we’ve made previewing the email template for the abandoned cart flow simpler and easier for you.
No more sending an email via automation flow blindfolded. You can now send a test email to your account to see how the abandoned cart automation email looks like in your end customer inbox and edit if you find any alignment or other issues.
BigCommerce–Multistore Front Support
Yaay! Tranquil your marketing efforts with Bayengage and BayReviews. Now, we seamlessly support your BigCommerce multistore front for all your email and SMS marketing and review management.
Despite the number of stores, you can now connect to the BayEngage and Bayreviews accounts and start your automation and campaign efforts with a few taps.
In addition, you can also smoothly collect and display customer reviews for each store under one account with easy toggling.
Net Promoter Score Collection
We’ve now introduced the NPS (net promoter score) option to your BayReviews to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction with your brand. This helps you improve your products overall, track sentiments, and segment customers accordingly for your marketing focus.
You can customize and create your form with the pointers that you need data to focus on.

You must have seen the VIP tier on the widget, but for the landing page?
But we’ve made that happen. Yes, the VIP tier is now displayed on the Rewards Landing page. It has made it easier for eCommerce store owners to pull all their loyal customers into gamification by informing them about the tier they are based on and leveling them up to next.
Shopify Automatic Discount
We all must have heard about copying & pasting the coupon to redeem the discount, but now you can set a rule at the backend and give an automatic discount to your customers if they fall under the rule you have set.
The discount falls under three ways.
- Shipping discount
- Product discount
- Order discount
The discount is automatically applicable based on the rule set.
Note:
- The discount applies only to a percentage (%) for now.
- This automatic discount does not apply to all customers but only to customers who fall under the tiers.
- Supports only Shopify eCommerce store.
Social Share
We’ve made it easy access for you to refer your friends and family via social media. It’s not that you have to just make a share; you can even add a personalized message along with the link. And it doesn’t end there; referrals can be made possible even via email for better reach and for better ROI.
Profile Completion Points
We all know nothing comes for free, so incentivize your customers to provide their details. Set a rule to encourage them to complete the profile, earn points, store them in their wallets, and spend them on better shopping.
