We’ve made the ‘user joins a list’ automation even more powerful as we’re in the holiday season; it’s high time for more revenue. So, now you can add multiple lists to the single ‘user joins the list’ automation, unlike before.
Reward your customers now for dropping questions
We’ve now extended the functionality of rewarding customers for even dropping questions. Yes, rewarding, like sending coupons for dropping a review, be it a text, photos, or video, is normal. But now, even for Q&A, you can send coupons to your customers through BayReviews.
Interesting, isn’t it? This form of setting rules for coupons and sending works in simple flip between the tabs under one card.

We’ve made a few add-ons to the loyalty program tool to segment and reach out to your customers based on the points earned. So, it is basically an interconnected email and rewards program.
It is common for customers to earn points based on their activity with their favorite brand. Well, the rule and point system may vary depending on eCommerce store owners. But here, you can create a list based on your customer’s activity, like profile completion, birthday, order completion, canceling order, and more.
This is done simply by mapping the BayEngage integration code with BayRweards. Now, the audience is segmented based on the rewards points earned, and you can pitch them to them for more conversion based on their activity with the brand.
