Pricing is based on send volume, not a fixed contact or subscriber limit. On the Monthly plan, you can move up to a higher volume tier at any time to cover your actual sends. Full Migration is priced to a contract floor sized to your trailing 90/180-day volume. Either way, your campaigns keep running without interruption.
No. The Monthly plan is a recurring subscription. Your send allowance is sized to the volume you pick and resets at the start of each billing cycle. Sends don't carry an open-ended validity or roll forward. If your volume changes, you can move to a different tier at any time.
