A Fresh Batch Of Updates: Automation Dashboard, Integrations, Becoming Omnichannel & More 👀🛳

Our product team has been working on a fresh batch of updates for BayEngage for the past two months, and we’re super thrilled to update you all about what’s been cooking (ready to serve too!)

  • The automation dashboard now has the automation status displayed, which means you can view the status of your automation without having to scour through pages. You can view and change the status from active/inactive with just one click.
  • You can now create an automation flow that includes email and SMS channels. With SMS included in the automation flow, you can reach the right audience at the right time, and it’s a simple drag and drop – like we always do 🙂
  • We now have the email split node that can be introduced to your flows with a simple drag and drop. Email split helps you create targeted messages based on email opened, unopened, clicked, orders placed, and more.
  • The automation flow on BayEngage has multiple nodes (your email node, SMS node, and other filters and triggers). You can now view each of these engagements on the flow without navigating to the Reports tab every time – We know as marketers, you always wanted data at your fingertips 😀
  • In addition to the popular automation recipes on BayEngage, you can now set up date-based flows as well! This includes the anniversary, birthday, or any other important dates – Make your customers feel extra special with personalized offers.
  • We’re now integrated with Zapier and Miva. With Zapier integration, you can connect with 5000+ apps you love, and absolutely no code is required!

BayEngage thrives in helping its users improve their overall email and SMS marketing ROI with powerful features. Today, we’re happy to announce that our new dashboard has the revenue data readily available for you to see the ROI of your efforts day in and day out.

You can see the overall revenue generated or on a weekly or monthly basis.

Not just for email campaigns, you can also find the revenue data of your SMS campaigns in the SMS dashboard.

SMS now has two way conversations as well! This means that you can reply to your customers, create a conversation thread, and also star the important messages for quick reference.

💡 Note: You can make two-way conversations only with the opt-in subscribers.

Now, to make things more holistic, we also have introduced a back in stock automation recipe that helps you create pop-ups and embedded elements on your product page to help customers opt-in to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Here’s a quick walkthrough 😻

  • Head over to your BayEngage account and click on automation.
  • Now, click on “Create Automation” and choose “Back in stock”.
  • You can either choose a pop-up or an embed element.
  • Now, go ahead and edit the template as you like.
  • Next, set target rules and set up the timer, viewer, duration, and subscription form.
  • The next step is to set up an autoresponder or the back in stock workflow. To do this, click on “Auto responder”.
  • Customize your workflow, review, and publish.

  2. Choose a template that you like and click on “Create”.
  3. Choose the recipient list to whom you want to send the campaign and set a delivery threshold.
  4. The “Upload image” option allows you to add MMS to your message. Click on “Upload image” and click on “upload” to add media files or simply do a drag and drop.
  5. Review and publish!
