A Fresh Batch Of Updates: Automation Dashboard, Integrations, Becoming Omnichannel & More 👀🛳

Our product team has been working on a fresh batch of updates for BayEngage for the past two months, and we’re super thrilled to update you all about what’s been cooking (ready to serve too!)

  • The automation dashboard now has the automation status displayed, which means you can view the status of your automation without having to scour through pages. You can view and change the status from active/inactive with just one click.
  • You can now create an automation flow that includes email and SMS channels. With SMS included in the automation flow, you can reach the right audience at the right time, and it’s a simple drag and drop – like we always do 🙂
  • We now have the email split node that can be introduced to your flows with a simple drag and drop. Email split helps you create targeted messages based on email opened, unopened, clicked, orders placed, and more.
  • The automation flow on BayEngage has multiple nodes (your email node, SMS node, and other filters and triggers). You can now view each of these engagements on the flow without navigating to the Reports tab every time – We know as marketers, you always wanted data at your fingertips 😀
  • In addition to the popular automation recipes on BayEngage, you can now set up date-based flows as well! This includes the anniversary, birthday, or any other important dates – Make your customers feel extra special with personalized offers.
