You can see the overall revenue generated or on a weekly or monthly basis.
Not just for email campaigns, you can also find the revenue data of your SMS campaigns in the SMS dashboard.
SMS now has two way conversations as well! This means that you can reply to your customers, create a conversation thread, and also star the important messages for quick reference.
💡Note: You can make two-way conversations only with the opt-in subscribers.

You can now add a filter for “Purchased Product” and tap into the opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on this filter.

Here’s a quick walkthrough 😻
1. Head over to your BayEngage account and click on automation.
2. Now, click on “Create Automation” and choose “order confirmation” from “Choose the recipe” drop-down and click on “Create”.
3. Setup your order confirmation workflow. Drag and drop the Email and Delay anywhere in your workflow.
4. Set up an activity filter to include people based on certain criteria and user filters to include people based on their email activity, purchase behavior, demographics, or customer subscription.
5. Once you’re happy with your email design, content, and subject line - set your automation active.
6. Come back again to view your performance reports!
