How To Add Customer Reviews In The Emails?

You can add customer reviews —

  1. Log into TargetBay’s dashboard by entering the right credentials.
  2. Now click ‘Email’ on the left-side menu.

  3. Under Email, there are two options: Templates and Email triggers. Click ‘Templates’
  4. Click ‘Create Templates’

  5. Click Email template that you have already created.
  6. When ‘Edit Email Template’ opens, under ‘Personalized’, drag ‘Reviews’ widget and drop into the email template at the appropriate position.

  7. Once dropped, the widget will be automatically accommodated with other elements in the email template.

  8. Choose ‘Preview’ to know whether the widget position is correct and click ‘Save’.
